The essentials

Desire Riviera Maya is a couples-only, clothing-optional, all-inclusive resort located in Puerto Morelos on Mexico's Caribbean coast. It sits approximately 30 minutes south of Cancun International Airport. The resort has 110 rooms across 16 room categories, 9 restaurants, 9 bars, 4 pool parties, 7 theme nights, and a dedicated clothing-optional area called The Eden.

Location and transfers

The resort is in Puerto Morelos, a quiet fishing village between Cancun and Playa del Carmen. The transfer from Cancun International Airport takes approximately 30 minutes by road. Desire operates a shared shuttle service, or you can arrange a private transfer. The resort is next door to its sister property, Desire Pearl, and guests at either resort can visit the other for dinner and drinks.

Four pool parties run on a weekly rotation:

• Garden of Eden Pool Party (Wednesday). Clothing-optional daytime event in The Eden

Theme nights

Seven themed evenings run weekly, each with a nightly show and afterparty at Y Nightclub:

• Monday: Between the Sheets. Lingerie and robes
• Tuesday: Boop's Boudoir. Black and red pin-up style
• Wednesday: Subs and Doms. Latex, leather, and masks
• Thursday: Gents and Maids. French maid outfits and sharp menswear
• Friday: Desert of Desire. Creative original outfits

Participation is encouraged but never mandatory. You can attend in regular evening wear if you prefer.

The Eden

The Eden is Desire Riviera Maya's dedicated clothing-optional area. It includes a pool, sun loungers, and bar service. The atmosphere is relaxed and body-positive. Clothing-optional means exactly that: optional. You are welcome to visit clothed, partially clothed, or fully au naturel. Phones must have cameras covered at all times within The Eden.

Couples-only policy

Desire Riviera Maya is strictly couples-only. All guests must be at least 21 years of age. No singles, no groups, no exceptions. Both partners must be present at check-in.
